Style Boutique 3 has amiibo compatibility and unlocks special designs for your character to wear. In this game, amiibos unlock emblems and design items that are unique to the amiibo character. Certain amiibo figures unlock certain content and this guide will look at the content unlocked with the Legend Of Zelda series amiibo.

Florist

An old favourite returns in New Style Boutique: Styling Star and that is the Florist! In the previous game New Style Boutique (Trendsetters), there was a small flower stand that appeared in the park. This stand was removed in Fashion Forward but has returned in Styling Star as it's own shop known as the Florist. The Florist will open during the main story line however it can take a little while for it to officially open for business.

The Florist is managed by Florian who also appeared in New Style Boutique (known as Reed in Trendsetters). He can be found standing behind the cash register and running the store when the Florist is open. Florian has a love/hate friendship with Michel and the two joke about having a stand-up act at the Live Music Club during the story line (you can actually see their performance sometimes) His younger sister Flora also appears at the Florist and runs the Florist occasionally. She dreams of becoming a comedian and appeared in New Style Boutique as well under the same name (Daisy in Trendsetters).

March Poll Results - Feature You Miss The Most

March has come to an end and another poll has come to a close! The question for this month was 'What removed feature do you miss the most?' So this means what feature that was in Fashion Forward but was removed in Styling Star do you miss having in the game. There was 98 votes in total and the results were pretty evenly spread out.

So the results are in on what removed feature players wish was still in the game. The results are:
1st = Fashion Shows
2nd = Modelling Jobs
3rd = Train Station Locations
4th = Old Hairstyles
5th = Caprice Chalet
6th = Real Time 3DS Clock
7th = Designer Lounge/Commission Requests, Removed Designer Items & Characters
8th = Designing Make-Up Sets
9th = Streetflow/Sporty Image & Miniatures Shop
10th = Unlocking Colours, AR Functionality & Unlocking Make-Up Sets

Not surprised that fashion shows came out as number one as it has always been an essential part of the series. Plus they offered a challenging activity of trying to create the perfect outfit. It seems most of the features people voted for were ones that allowed players to use their creativity such as modelling or designing rooms. It's such a shame that all these wonderful features were removed in Styling Star.

Come back fashion shows - we miss you!

The new poll for April is 'What new clothing item do you love?' To vote, simply scroll down the side bar and the poll is under the game box images. If you cannot view the poll, please visit the blog using the web version. The blog is not available in mobile view on some devices. If you are on a mobile, select 'View web version' at the bottom of the page.
